driver with dreads or twists was on the phone with gf crystal today driving the fedex truck while delivering to houses and showing her and using foul language and trashing the fedex company. really unprofessional and disgusting.

I am done with FedEx. Customer service is horrendous. Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Took day off to receive. Tracking kept changing times and never delivered. Spoke with 10 supervisors. I was assured would receive on Saturday. Driver has cell # if any issues. No package. All phone calls re routed to the Philippines. They can't do anything! It is a joke. Everything is yes but no results. I was fuming. 4 different supervisors hung up. I will never use FedEx again. I thought the founded was a US Marine. I served in the Marines. Get the job done or get out. In this day and age you can't reach out to a driver? My experience was dismal. You lost a customer. Also writing to corporate in Tenn

2 different customer service people told us our package would be here today. Flat out lie. They were told the boxes were for assembling furniture and that we needed all 3. They said the order will come today by 2 different trucks. That by itelf is stupid. No map to follow driver. Couldnt log in, account saved under a number that I never put in. Had to make a 3rd account just to try to get in only to have the same thing show up with the same number that was never mine. Nevermind that we were supposed to receive everything yesterday with the same exact time slot only to be told that the info yesterday was just saying it was going from one state to the next. Then what did I have an estimated delivery time for then? I wish i wouldve took a screenshot they flat out lied again!! No point in putting an estimated wait time if your just gonna tell us that the driver has until 8pm to deliver our package. On your website it says it will arrive on or before the estimated time. It doesnt say we gave you a time just to tell you to wait until 8pm. Ridiculous. Seems every delivery company is total garbage and is slow af. Quit being abusers and hire more staff! you're running your drivers ragged just so you can be rich. Disgusting. If i could give 0 stars i would and stop telling your customer service to give robotic responses. Whats the point of a live person if they read a script and know absolutely nothing else?? Completely idiotic.

My package has stays on this location for about 2 or 3 days I keep checking the tracking and it has not moved from this place to another I do not recommend this place its terrible your package will be lost because it will stay In this place and not be delivered when the expected delivery date happens.

I received a small package of stamps today. Instead of putting it on my back porch as I have asked. It was keft on my back steps in the snow..Not very happy with that as the stamps were in a thin cardboard envelope.

If I could rate FedEx 0 stars I would. I’ve been hung up on multiple times, they lied about how many times they tried to deliver my package.
