I had an excellent experience at Triple Cities Agency Insurance when looking for better rates on my auto and home insurances. I requested an appointment on their website on a weekend and received a reply from Dennis the same day, even though he was out of town. Rebekah met with me a few days later and was very personable and informative. She found much better rates for me with a reputable company. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and generous with her time as she explained options and coverages to me and prepared paperwork. My policies were approved and arrived on time. No problems. I would definitely recommend TCA Insurance.”
