Well they have a great location directly in front of Lowe’s. This is a good business move as many people go into Lowe’s and stop in the bank to get cash on the way in. I always see it busy so I know it’s a decent bank and I have family members the bank there and have no complaints.

Rude, disrespectful, and mean-spirited describe this branch. My debit card was being declined and I was told it was my fault, I did something wrong, and my card was useless. I felt I was under attack until a manager realized it was the bank's fault and an unnecessary fraud alert had been put on my card without reason. No apology, no reassurances. Gail is one of the worst tellers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, however the entire staff appear aimless and clueless. While we have been considering changing banks now we certainly will. We have never had a smooth or pleasant transaction here and we do not feel our money is safe in this bank. How we miss HSBC... Update 7/20/17 Thank you ^KeyBank Customer Care for responding. The reason my card had several fraud flags on it was because it had been skimmed, most likely at a gas station. Only the flags were removed at this branch with no explanation why and little investigation into how. My card information was indeed stolen and I was able to cancel that card and receive a new one through Key Bank Customer Service. Key Bank Customer Service was very friendly and supportive. The employees at this branch are not. We look forward to moving our money as soon as we can.
