    The staff is friendly and I've never had a bad experience there for years. There are a few busy times to avoid, if you can, but they are efficient and work through the line quickly.

    The only bad thing I have experienced is a long wait time. The staff are polite and skilled. The receptionist and registration folks are very kind. Always better to pre-register for time saving.
