Absolutely horrible, this store has gone down hill by leaps and bounds.customer service is in the toilet, you can not find anybody to help you. I have severe sciatic in my back and legs. It’s all I could do to walk 1015 pieces. I have to have a cart to hold onto which is absolutely excruciating and then I’m traits around all over that store trying to find somebody to help me. And when they come, they got an attitude. I have had enough of this bull crap. I’m going to Home Depot, it’s way out of my way but at least I won’t come out of store in a bad mood.

Lately lowes does not back their product, erase proof of purchase after 6 months and will no longer give stire credit. All my purchases online have been deleted so I can not even show that I purchased an item, that way if I have a problem with my purchases especially big appliances and lawn equipment I have no proof after 6 months. Also they are not correctly filing your extended warranties so the expire years before they are suppose to leaving you to fight with them to actually get repairs done. Seriously, be careful not to purchase their large lawn equipment or anything for that matter with an extended warranty that you pay out of pocket. Their warranty company is not credible. Very disappointed in there service.

This buying a Samsung fridge from #lowes has been an absolute nightmare. From order, to delivery, to changing water filters it has been an absolute mess. Get to find out Friday if my just barely over 6 month old fridge needs to be repaired or replaced while hoping it doesn’t do water damage to the house. Fun times. Do better. #Samsung #loweshomeimprovement
