Don't waste your time going here. Long story short, I over paid, she wouldn't directly answer my questions. Wasn't going to give me the box for my phone, I asked for the receipt 3x and she wouldn't give it to me. Told me I could check my bank. Come to find out she charged me one price and reported a totally different price to Metro Tmobile. I was scammed! Absolutely Horrible experience. Now I have to go back to get a full refund! DO NOT make the mistake I did and trust this place!

Nakshi IS AWESOME!!! She was very, very helpful in getting my phone account placed on Auto pay!! She was also very patient and completely a great Customer service representative for Metro by T mobile. I will certainly buy my next phone from T- mobile.
