The last two times we went there they were useless. Took my car for inspection and they told me I needed wipers which were a month old. They also said it needed tire rods and that was false. I took it to two other mechanics and both said it didn't need these things. Then this week we took our dually there to have our tires rotated as they recommend when we bought them there. After two days and no phone call from anyone. My husband calls out of curiosity and they said the lift is not working....when we're they gonna call and tell us. This place has gone down hill....will not be returning.

Don't hesitate to get all your tire needs taken care of at this business. They do everything they can to meet your needs and give you sound advice. I had my 2 kids with me and felt they treated me very well and got my truck in and out in a timely manner.

Service center took advantage of me as an accident victim, sold me tires, outrageous cost, plus tow bill, couldn't leave with two flats, so I was trapped. Tires were incorrect load range, not balanced correctly had to return to store for rebalance and still not right. But manager told me "we've done this s few times". Taking advantage of victims of accidents. Stay away from Mr tire

I had the best experience at this location ! As a woman in a mechanic shop it's truly is hard to find a place where you aren't talked down to and Kevin makes it's the complete opposite experience here....I'll always take my business here simply because of him and Dan; you're out of there fast and efficiently.
