I just want to know why u are asking questions about somebody else whom I’ll not even close to rather than asking questions about me to fix MY account.. how I’m supposed to keep somebody else’s birthday in my head when they are not even close to me

The worst Mand T branch in Binghamton , whatever you ask the staff will say ; I can’t call this number and do this and come later … i am gonna leave this bank and switch to another because of the staff at this location !!

I love M&T bank. I do wish the hours that they were open were a little more flexible according to my work schedule but oh well.
