The staff are known for their helpfulness and friendly attitude, going above and beyond to assist customers. They offer a great selection of hair and products at good prices, with a plus being the availability of loc maintenance services. The store is also black-owned and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a great place to visit.
Decent selection, price is a bit inflated. Not particularly friendly. I understand not everyone is smiley and chatty but at the very least you could say thank you for the purchase and have a good night. I like to know my business is appreciated.

This place is great! Super friendly and helpful staff! They went above and beyond to cater to my specific needs! That alone gets 5 stars from me but their prices are great too! Highly recommend!!!
