Wouldn’t recommend. Uses cheap parts and poor labor on repair. Xbox HDMI replacement did not last, the soldering was done very poorly and did not hold up. for the price i expect the repair to last more than a few months. Edit: I had contacted the business regarding this issue previously with no response, it might have been a year now but not when i originally contacted. Secondly, it is possible to use cheap parts, a lot of repair companies do not fix these things due to the parts being cheap and unreliable. Is unplugging the HDMI being hard on equipment? The soldering had came loose from the motherboard just from that, the xbox has stayed in the same place since getting it fixed. if you are looking to get a replacement you’re better off doing it yourself or just buying an entirely new xbox, considering it costed $250. Sounds like you need to humble yourself, your company isn’t perfect. This was not a great experience, and you need work on professionalism.

Dropped my business phone the other day
(Older Motorola) cracked the screen, couldn’t answer calls etc…
Went to cpr and within 24 hours they were able to get the screen replaced (older phone so parts had to be ordered) and in working order! Really helped us out + a reasonable rate. Shout out Darryl B for helping me out.
I’ll definitely be utilizing this place again in the future for all my tech needs.

CELL PHONE REPAIR shop in Binghamton NY,
has a quote on their business card.
“We save your mobile life”.
This statement cannot be more true!
I just moved to NY state and I cannot recommend their service enough. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone and needing help with my cell phone (which was super hard to navigate), they worked magic. You often don’t know who you can trust with repairs, but you can trust them. The quality of care, the time, effort and sincere dedication they offered was nothing short of amazing.
They treated me with value, respect and went above and beyond to assure high quality service. I am thankful to know good people still exist.
Shout out to Caleb, Darryl, John and Andy for their knowledge, skills, time, and energy.
I went there for cell phone help and they did, “save my mobile life”. They also repair computers, and offer other technology services. And there is a business Muckles there which I look forward to working with them for some printing needs I have.
I cannot recommend this business enough.
Binghamton and surrounding towns are so lucky to have them.

A hidden treasure in the heart of Binghamton. My apple cell needed a new battery. After Best Buy refused my appointment as too late in the day ( at 1130am) and not wanting to go to Syracuse , a friend suggested local cell repair shop. Although their name did not come up under the “apple repair” search, Red Barn Computers now has the CPR cell phone repair business. One hour later the owner stopped out to see if I was satisfied with their service. Hands down great experience!!!

Stay away if you have a newer model mac. Employees are nice, but the manager will try to rip you off. I was lied to from when I dropped off the computer. I am disappointed because the manager doesn’t try to understand my situation. He’s making up extra fees to return my computer instead of having the courtesy to acknowledge that they didn’t deliver the service I requested. Every employee had a different version, but I didn’t get my laptop when I needed it. If they understood how inconvenient is it when they lie to customers. Only, if they acknowledged what was wrong on their end, I would believe they are a serious repair shop. They can refute my review, but I have proof of how they didn’t uphold the customer service standards I was told. Feel free to contact me if you want further details.
