Rogers Service Group did an exceptional job transporting an 86 year old 2 story playhouse (14’ high) from my home of 52 years in Binghamton to Saratoga Springs NY. Although we sold the house the owner did not want the playhouse and I decided it needed to be saved and transported to my sons. Not only did I play in it, but my sons did as well so the sentimental value could not be measured. The precision and competency of this company was not like no other. They did everything from moving it to getting permits to transporting it to Saratoga. I was so impressed with all the men including the owner who were involved in this project. I would highly recommend Rogers for any of your needs.

Very kind, courteous, and friendly staff. Super helpful and efficient. We used their shredding service and the cost was affordable & the process was syreamlined.

Do not use this company! They assured me my items would be packed in a crate and delivered at my new house in Florida in the same crate. I watched them load everything up. When it arrived at my house in Florida, they had unloaded everything from the crate and repacked it in a truck. All of my furniture is destroyed! When I filed a claim Carrie Follett denied the claims because the furniture was ‘dirty’ when it was picked up. Dirt and completely destroying my furniture are two different things! I paid $9K for the move and now need to replace $9K in damages. They also damaged the front door of my new house! Look at the photos and decide for yourself. Do not use Rogers. Waste of time and money.

I recently utilized the services of Rogers for moving, temporary storage and then a final move into a new property. From the first meeting until the time they left, I found the staff to be helpful and respectful. They were easy to work with and while I have little experience in the moving process, the charges seemed very reasonable for the work involved.

Although they had a list, they did not take everything on it. Fortunately I double checked and got them to take 5 overlooked items. Once Rogers has your payment forget about any additional help. Their voicemail is a bottomless pit and they do not return phone calls.

My experience with Rogers was the best experience with movers that I've had. Not only was every team member professional and prompt, they made sure I was satisfied with their service before and after the move. I would definitely use their services again!

The office I work for recently used Rogers for their shredding service. Communication and service from beginning to end was prompt and thorough. Special shoutout to Lisa. She was a pleasure to work with in arranging the service. Affordable prices. We will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I was in a bind with a moving company that would have left me stuck and financially bankrupt with the prices they quoted! I called Rogers, and they helped me navigate the moving process with transparency. Terry called me back to follow up about services which I didn't expect because companies these days don't always do that. They were extremely accommodating and understanding. I wish more companies were like them.

There is a lack of communication within management and the actual move staff. Working with Rogers was the most dysfunctional move experience. There was no respect for the paying customers time, as the show up time changed multiple times in the 24 hours and day of the move. When I called to complain after the move, I had to call four times to get a response and ultimately had to deal with passive aggressive comments and failure to take full responsibility. If your looking for a reliable and customer oriented moving company - go elsewhere!

We used Rogers moving to move several estate items from Binghamton, NY to my cousin and I in Maine/New Hampshire. One item needed special crating. In addition to providing a competitive price, Rick at Rogers effectively communicated what we needed to do prepare and when to expect movers to arrive - very much appreciated. They also went above-and-beyond and helped coordinate two drop-offs - one at my house and one at my cousins - which usually cannot be done for the size load we were moving. Also, their estimate was detailed and easy to understand.

They delayed our shipment by one month. Sent half of it and the rest came even later. Packing job not good. One employee had a ankle bracelet so assuming he was on parole. Then they overcharged and couldn't explain why. They blamed United for their bad service. I just agreed to pay the extra 1000 because talking to them was traumatizing to me and not worth it. They charged my credit card and send me a receipt then the next day I got the same bill by email. I am glad I got that bill because that is what reminded me to write the review. I basically told them not to contact me anymore as dealing with them makes me that angry.

I went to have some papers shredded. They are great at this. The person who took my papers did not wear a mask. Otherwise, a seamless process.
