“The fuel supply line to the cylinder head on my 3406E Caterpillar engine burst. We contacted Don Oralls and they were able to work me in the same morning. The mechanic was proficient and worked steadily. He was cautious with my truck and explained what he did, showing me the damaged part. The labor rate is competitive with neighboring shops and Don Oralls is close to the Loves and TA right off 81. I noted that they do road service and towing. The entire staff was friendly, and I would definitely do business with them again.”
“Our first time here, came for a NY state inspection on the wife's car. Everyone was super friendly and even other customers seemed pleasant, both in attitude and with the service they were receiving.
I'll definitely be bringing my car here when I need my inspection as well.
The only reason I don't see it 5 stars is the parking is chaotic to say the least. Might have been just the time we got there (inspection was scheduled for noon) or just a coincidence. I heard something about there is a secondary parking lot but other than overhearing that conversation I know nothing about it.
Very happy with the service we received, I recommend bringing your vehicle here, though possibly ask about parking when making the appointment.”

“Nice towing service. AAA covered it - and they work really creative. Unfortunately something got slightly broken, while being towed - Dick's Garage immediately repaired it, but argued, that it wouldn't have been their fault. Still a recommendation!”

Traveling to Va. and my console shifter wouldn't shift...left me stranded in hotel parking lot...they came early next day, took me straight in, repaired it, and on my way!!! “I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”
