“I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”

Had a problem that another garage (Firestone) for some reason or other, could not figure out. But Ray's did. And Ray explained it to me like I was 5, which helps completely, because I am not a tech. He took his time, got it done and no more problems. He is a busy guy, but worth it. Completely.”
