“Hit a huge pothole on 17E was luckily able to make the next exit for Hancock and to The Old Bat Factory gas station where a helpful employee told me about Oralls Garage that opened at 8am next morning. I called the garage to see if they wanted to tow me that night or next am and we decided in the morning. Luckily, there was the Delaware Inn next door so got a room for the night. I over inflated my tire the next morning and drove to the garage 1.4miles away and was at Don Oralls Garage before 8am. Patrick took a look at my bent rim with tire partially off and said he thought he could pound it back in shape. He took my car right in and by 10:15am I was back on the road! He also found that one of the tire bolts had snapped so he replaced them all. In and out of the garage for under $150 and in just about 2 hours! I was completely satisfied with their service! Great experience with them! Thank You!”

“I drove up to Binghamton from Long Island and my car had an issue two blocks away from my hotel… luckily after a 4 1/2 hour drive I made it to the hotel parking lot which happened to be across the street from Ray’s. First thing the next morning I called, and they were super pleasant, accommodating, and incredibly helpful right from the start. “Without a doubt, these are the BEST mechanics in the area. I am thoroughly impressed with their service! They are incredibly honest, which eliminates any fear of visiting mechanics - I've bad experiences with Miller Hyundai and Big-E Tire. Up until now, they have replaced my front calipers, rotors, pads, and even fixed a coolant leak. I received quotes from Miller Hyundai that were almost 3x higher. They could have charged me significantly more, I don't know how they do it. These mechanics are exceptional professionals, I can tell by their level of precision with the little things such as very clean fluids (flushes) and even aligning the value stems on the tires. “So I stopped in while he was closed..... this didn't stop me I opened the door and said our you really closed.. :) he was very kind and said yes but what did I need. I explained my weird issue to him and he said come back tomorrow. I found Fred to be kind and knowledgeable. I believe he would make sure to give you a fair deal as he did me both times I took my car to him. His expertise is worth the small drive off airport road (turn right by Visons field). “There’s not enough thanks I can give to these guys. We were on a 1,000 mile trip moving from Vermont to Tennessee when the serpentine belt came off leaving us without power steering, an alternator, or air conditioning. We had everything with us, including our cat and a trailer full of our stuff, and we were hundreds of miles from home. I looked up the closest mechanic and this shop came up. I called and even though it was 4pm they said they could take a look and see what they could do. I limped our car to their shop and in minutes they diagnosed the problem being the harmonic balancer for the serpentine belt had given out. Within 2 hours they had the parts delivered and had us back on the road. This certainly wasn’t something I could fix at a gas station. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without their help.”
