I just had an outstanding experience buying a hard to get Toyota Sienna at WT of Binghamton. The process was seamless, totally transparent, and very fair. I was lucky to have Nate Corey as salesman. He is outstanding. But also got the sense that everyone else at the dealership is also very professional and nice —from the Manager to the staff who answer the phones. I live in NJ and carried out most of the transaction by phone and then drove 150 miles to purchase this car. Totally worth it! Bottom line: best experience ever at a car dealership.

This place is super unprofessional. Had been inquiring about a particular car for a few days, car became available in the morning. Sales rep contacts me, I make an offer, say I can put down a deposit whenever, and she says she'll get back to me so we can finalize. Does not get back. I keep calling and eventually find out the cars been sold. No calls back to me to tell me other people are interested. Maybe this is standard practice in car dealerships but i find it horribly unprofessional. Manager tries to argue for why they didn't do anything wrong, tells me I'm not even in the system. I'm def not going back here!Update: Spoke to the sales manager who reached out. He managed to get the car back (or perhaps that party just decided to ditch) and offered it to me, along with what sounded like a sincere apology. Definitely appreciated this.

Up here from Daytona Beach Florida to help my father with his recovery and the day before we leave back for Florida we had tire pressure issues. Went to Williams and immediately they took my car in and repaired the issue we had. Professional and polite and Giants fans! Such great service with personality

Unfortunately system doesn't have the negative ratings. Otherwise I should have opt the lowest one. I changed my car's engine oil last month. As went with fully synthetic oil, I was told it will last 10000 miles. But today my car starts stalling due to low lube oil. I took it to the nearest mechanic shop and the guy over there surprise to see that there is no oil on dip stick. When he drained the oil, car only has 1 quarts of oil in it and it looks old oil. So it seems like these guys did not changed the oil last time,Just charged me 80 bucks for taking the car to their service center. When I went to William service center with mechanic's note and confronted them. They don't have any answer at all. So it's my personal opinion please avoid this service center at all costs, if you love your car.

Williams Toyota has excellent customer service. This week I ran into a timing issue with my oil change and driving 12 hours for vacation. I was immediately assisted with this dilemma by Tim Strickland. I am beyond pleased, and have been, with my service here. I cannot say enough. Thank you Williams Toyota of Binghamton for all you do!!!

Excellent purchasing experience for us at Williams Toyota. My wife and I were shopping for a very hard to find 2023 Prius Prime which we knew we'd have to 'order' and wait for due to a high demand and a limited supply. We went to another Toyota dealer that immediately started our 'deal' by adding a $1,500 mark-up for 'mandatory' dealer installed items - we said 'no thank you'. A second Toyota dealer was adding a 'market adjustment' to increase the price of the car above MSRP. We began to feel we would not be able to get the car we wanted at a fair price anywhere nearby. Then we were fortunate to find this dealership that did not deal with customers that way. Everyone we dealt with...beginning with Peter (online sales contact), Darcy and Jeff (sales reps), Matt (sales mgr), and Matt (finance) were great. They listened to us, understood our concerns, answered all of our questions and were fully transparent in their pricing (no 'mandatory' dealer add-ons and no 'market adjustments' above MSRP). They even did some extra research to find that the NYSERDA Rebate for this model was higher than what we had originally been told! Additionally, they kept in touch with us while we waited 6-weeks for our car to be shipped to the states and eventually delivered to the dealership. We highly recommend Williams Toyota in Binghamton.

The worse customer service I have ever had. Picked up my car after repair being told alignment was not perfect but within specifications. What a ride home. Returned car to be checked out and was told it floated a little a city speeds. Imagine that at 65 on dry roads the car would glide over a foot every so often. I dove again on wet roads and was scary. Was never told in beginning that more parts were needed or service done. Then when I had repair the manager wanted receipts of where I had repaired. Why didn't he have a estimate ready since he always made it sound he would repair anything that was paid for like the tires I tried ordering but had to get them elsewhere also. I wonder to myself if an older person had pick up their car in that condition that they would have wrecked on the way home. Shame on you all there at WILLIAMS

We just wanted to thank Barry and Mike for a wonderful experience with our recent purchase of a new Rav4 at Williams Toyota this past week. The sales team was very professional, communicative, and pleasant to deal with. Barry did an excellent job in making sure that all our needs are met, and Mike was very cooperative in processing the paperwork. It was a super convenient experience; highly recommend them and the Williams Toyota!

Absolutely fantastic place to go if your car needs work! These guys went out of their way for me! I will forever be grateful. My transmission needed to be replaced. Had issues with the warranty I had bought from the Subaru dealership in PA they wanted to put a used transmission in my car.. So anyway I did not have the toyota certified warranty.. They got the warranty transferred into my name from the previous owner for FREE! so yes I 100% recommend these guys! -p.s they put a brand new transmission in my car. ?

An excellent experience for ordering and buying a new Toyota without the hassle of paying a $6,000 dealer markup like one Toyota dealer in Scranton wanted. Yes, there is still a build delay but the wait is worth it from this responsible dealer. We will enjoy our new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid 2023 for the New Year. HORRIBLE DISHONEST STAY AWAY. They will keep a lien on your title even after you pay off the loan FIVE YEARS AGO and will not help to get it off even though they are the ones at fault for not releasing the lien. SUPER POOR customer service. Spent over an hour on the phone with them bouncing from person to person and they did not want to help at all, even though it was their mistake. Don't bother buying from them, they will not help you with anything after the purchase. BEWARE.

They are all very friendly and very helpful! I had an amazing time buying my first car from them and they helped me out so much. I worked with Will and he was able to answer all my questions regarding the process. I really enjoyed talking to Will and had an amazing buying experience thanks to him and would definitely go back. I really recommend Will and am very grateful to have had him through this process.
