University Lofts offers luxury student housing in downtown Binghamton, close to great spots for UB students. The staff is flawless, incredible, super helpful, friendly, caring, personable, professional, and quick to respond. The maintenance team is also incredible. The building is very clean, well kept, and very well run. Apartments are really nice. The community offers great amenities, with events and giveaways for residents. The office is open seven days a week. Current residents should use the portal scheduler, while prospects can schedule a tour by phone, email, or website.

I have had the best experience at university lofts!!! The staff is so caring and friendly creating a welcoming environment that I am happy to live in. I feel completely at home in these lofts and am forever grateful to be a resident at university lofts especially thanks to the lovely staff!!!
