When I came back from school to collect my things, the owner of the storage unit gave me and my family hard time with collecting my things due to their system of allowing people in and out of the storage unit. We called many times in order to get in touch with whoever could let us in, but each time they would take long to get back to us. The owner even got angry when we kept calling for them to let us in. The storage units were also unreliable and unkept as water seeped through the storage unit during the summer and ruined a lot of my things. Even when I wanted to cancel my membership with the storage unit, the owner took long to get back to me and end my payment subscription. I honestly had a bad experience with west side storage and hope they set up their system in a way that allows people to come into and out of the storage units with ease.

Never had a better storage facility. Its not too expensive and theres lots of storage room

The lady is a scam artist. Don't expect your deposit back.you can only acess your storage when she gets around to it. One time we made arrangements to let me in. I waited 30 mins before calling her because she never showed up . I ended up calling 3 times and waiting an hour and a half to get in. Other times that could not find the key to the gate and I couldn't access my stuff at all. The units are leakt and in need of some attention. The one next to mine was leaking and the owner did not want to claim any responsibility.so I know I'm not the only one with complaints
