They sold me 2 bottles of Naked Crisp Menthol vape juice. One wasn't sealed and was yellow in color when it's supposed to be clear. The other bottle wasn't sealed either and tasted very strange.

I made my first purchase of kratom here and as an inexperienced user I asked the clerk to recommend the strongest strain they have. He gave me White Borneo, I've taken about 20 grams and it's barely affected me. Complete waste of money. I'll give them credit for a good selection of all sorts of smoking products and they're open late but I won't be buying kratom there again.

I have been coming to this store for a very long time and employees are very friendly.
The guy there has very good customer service skills and he respects my business even if it's just for something small like a drink.
I have to give this store *5 because I feel welcome and invited everytime I stop in.

I've had to pop in here a few times because my "regular" place wasn't open.
The store is clean but a little busy. I felt a little overwhelmed and didn't exactly feel relaxed enough to browse. They are making the best of the little space they have here but maybe a redesign could help.
The only reason it's not getting five stars is... The guy seemed to make the prices up as he went? Which was half funny half alarming. Nothing I saw in the glass case was priced but I needed it anyways. I had to ask about each individual thing to get a price. This may just be the way he says it but he kept saying "Oh for you, ten, for you 3," etc etc. I don't know if that price was ACTUALLY for ME and just me or if he has the price of everything memorized?? Either way it made me a little insecure and nervous that next time it may not be the same pricing.
Overall, I would shop here again. Everything I bought was a popular 'name brand' and everything was authentic and the quality I anticipated. The flower I bought was a little pricey but it was decent enough quality that I wasn't shaking my fist at the air over the cost.
