If I could leave a 0 I would. We had a product delivered that was damaged. We took pictures and did what their driver instructed. Now they are denying our claim because their driver gave us the wrong information. Customer service has been dismissive and unwilling to work towards a solution.

This has been horrible.Package arrived at XPO on June 30thOriginal scheduled delivery July 1stPushed back July 11th with no contactCalled and promised July 7th deliveryRecieved email today it's moved to July 8th.How can you moved a scheduled delivery without confirming someone will be there.

can i give you negative 5 stars? awful company does not deliver orders when they are guaranteed to be delivered and does not answer phone calls. absolutely worst experience ever!
