“The bank has many inconvenient policies. Like, having to call and tell them if youre going to spend more than 500 dollars in a single day with your debit card. Having my card decline when I was buying a couch, and the lady saying I had to come in and physically withdraw the money instead of turning off that limit had me fuming.

However, the employees aren't to blame for the company's backwards policies. The tellers and even the door greeter at the location on Clinton street always have a smile and have shown time and time again that they really want to put the customer first. Not because it's a job requirement, but because they actually seem to really care. Whoever does the hiring at this location does a fantastic job.

I don't use this bank, other than it being an account I transfer money over to when I want to have money set aside for my own random spending. I'm still giving it a 5 star rating however because of the great effort shown by every employee I've encountered there. <3”

“This is my favourite branch of my favourite bank. I have worked with Lisa for years and years since I moved to Watertown in 2006. Every account I have is with Key Bank, including my house, investments, and every account. They have helped me through identity theft issues, personal issues, losing my wallet with everything I had in it, and buying my home. They helped me when I had medical bills, and always tell me when something new and better for me is there. Their rewards programs net me a lot of money each year just for doing my business through them. This bank has been a part of my life for almost 20 years, and they beat any credit union that will try and tell you otherwise.”

“I'm so confused by the many low ratings. I have been a customer for several years. I have visited the bank in person dozens of time and was always treated extrememely well. I've taken out a checking account, a savings account, a credit card, a debit card, a car loan, refinanced a car loan, and took out a mortgage to buy a home. All went exceptionally well in every instance and the staff were always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Further, I use the app AND the website often and both are efficient and easy to use. Having worked in customer service before, I know that many, MANY people are difficult to please and most people who take time to give a review are the ones with a problem. Maybe that explains it. This credit union and the people who staff it deserve far better reviews than what the unsatisfied (vast) minority are taking time to post.”
