RIDICULOUS! I missed a signed package due to working and I CANNOT get into contact with anyone! I was left without a slip and when I tried to contact them through the office's phone the moment I got to someone they hung up because I asked what code they were referring to. I wish there were other mail deliverers in the area because this makes me never want to experience mail again.

This post office is a joke. I get a lot of mail/packages and everytime I check shipping info the day it’s supposed to be delivered it gets “delayed” for another 3+ days.

This branch is completely unprofessional. They keep putting my mail in the wrong parcel locker, and when I go in to speak with the supervisor, Vanessa, she is never in the office.
Mr Lasheik promise to find the mail after work. He went to pick my mail from the mail box and return it to my address. I really appreciate helping me find my mail. Thank you sir.

My mail was supposed to effectively be forwarded July 30, I have put in 4 change of addresses for my 2 previous addresses, 1 online, 1 in person at my previous post office, and 2 in black River in person. Verified my id in person at black River and online. Put in 2 service requests to find my missing mail, and when I check via automated phone, the cases are “resolved” yet it has been over 30 days since I was supposed to receive mail from 2 previous addresses, but there has not been a single piece of forwarded mail. No communication from anyone. Left a note for my postal carries for assistance in my box and asked someone to contact me with no response. Where is my mail?

Black river post office is honestly a joke… I get A LOT of packages and every time they deliver, they have given me the wrong key 2x, delivered in the wrong mailbox 2x, gave me attitude 4x about my mail saying delivered but not, the big guy at the post office was even rude to an 88yr old older woman who couldn’t read her receipt but has a knitting business and hand knits for family, friends and customers, (I met her at the post office while I was looking for my missing packages) He ignored her 3x when she was in front of him when she asked if he can read it to her, he screamed it, and said “LIKE I SAID..” and shoved the receipt back in her face, (she’s expressed her same issues as I do) gives me attitudes about the issues I’ve had, I’ve gone to corporate and they told me to talk to the post master and the post master is just as bad. She’s not kind. So moral of the story, Fort Drum should do their own mail for housing.

Lazy delivery staff. I’ve been waiting for this delivery for awhile. I was home and they left an “first attempt” note on my garage. They were too lazy to come to the front door. We also have a ring camera so I would have seen that they were here.

Love that I complain that the driver was turning around in my lawn and to please stop and she was digging up dirt. So now they just leave packages in the middle of my driveway so they can potentially ran over. When I call to discuss this I just get told oh I’ll talk to the driver.

Rude..rude..rude! They absolutely refuse to deliver packages if my neighbors dogs are outside! When questioned, they simply shrug their shoulders! Constantly missing mail, getting others' mail! Terrible customer service!

I don’t know where the previous front end clerk went, but I miss her dearly!! This new middle aged man with the glasses has the worst temperament, and I’ve caught him on at least three occasions visibly roll his eyes or scoff at me when bringing in pre-paid packages to drop off for my business. When your customers intentionally use other post offices to avoid an employee I think it’s time to re-evaluate that employee.
