Stopped in for a few things today after work. I come 1-2 times a month and it’s pretty standard. Overall the store is usually clean and well stocked. It wasn’t busy because it was a weeknight which was a plus. The prices here are good on some items. It helps if you have an idea of the prices and sales of the other stores in the area if you are trying to get the best deals. I find that the meats here are usually great quality and a good deal. I’ve also had luck with pantry items and toiletries and personal care stuff. They have a nice selection of seasonal items and have been increasing their gluten free selection as well.You need to be a member, or have a membership card, to shop here. Stop a little down the road for a discount on gas with your membership as well. Overall if you know what to buy and can make it worth it a membership can be beneficial.

Ran out of turkeys for their promotional offer. You would think the company would have an idea of how many coupons were issued and would have ordered enough turkeys. I had to drive to Batavia to get one.

So I had a customer service issue today that I decided to put to the test. It was regarding a Turkey but that is not the main topic. I admit I was a little short on purpose in a conversation with the manager. In return the manager was very calm. professional and did everything he could to take care of the situation. I haven't found customer service this is good in a while. Well done.

Nice store with great selection. HOWEVER, we went to this store on Friday,8/18 and two cashiers were playing guns with their hand held scanners---a young girl with long blonde hair and the cashier next to her---short brown hair, glasses, baseball cap. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. Guess these two geniuses haven't heard about all the shootings, like Tops in Buffalo. Maybe someone should tell them that they're not at a playground. Insensitive,childish,unprofessional,. Maybe businesses need to hire babysitters for this generation of "workers." I really like the store itself but I don't knowif I want to deal with that kind of behavior. May not be worth it

The guy who was doing the carts was very nasty to me. 8/15 around 230pm. He was demanding I use the the cart he wanted me to use. Super rude and really uncalled for. Disappointing for sure.Other than that I love going here but if your staff is going to be rude I may have to re think my membership.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This was my first time in BJ's and it will be my last. Brown haired middle aged female cashier with glasses (wasn't wearing a name tag) didn't smile at me when I came to check out, she SCOWLED (I'm sorry you have to... do your job?). Didn't greet me either, followed up with no departing "have a good day" and NO response to my "Thank you!". I'll be sticking to Sam's Club from now on. I go shopping for groceries, not hostile treatment from the staff.

I like bulk shopping but you have to be price-conscious as sometimes the bulk price is higher. Otherwise usually a great selection with great sale pricing

The worst. Delivered every time: moldy fruit, leaky products (3 weeks into filing a complaint still waiting for $14.95 cr after SIX emails), expired. My dead (2007) companions name STILL on the account after providing 3 death certificates and they lost EVERY ONE, denying receipt. I sign the emails "Susan" and advise and every time they respond "Ron" as if I never said a thing. The wrote just now and want a picture of the leaky jar that went back with the delivery. 1 + 1 = 3 with this company.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE at the store and with this company. Further, their prices when broken down are now higher than the stores in general. Do the math and don't support a company that does not do better in training their employees and running the company.

If your website says in stock, it needs to be on the shelf. With fuel at $5+ it cost a lot to go home empty handed. Had a child’s bed frame break the day before. Needed an emergency twin foundation so they don’t have to sleep on the floor tonight. Website says it is in stock and they are not on the shelf. Spent 20 mins waiting in line at customer service to find out that they have them in stock however they haven’t been put out for sale. Asked if there was anything that could be done today and they said the would call me when it’s taken out of the steel. They looked at other bjs in the area and said it was the same situation so they would take my name and number and call when it’s ready for pickup. This will cause me to make two trips this week. Other than some similar issues of them not having products out with other grocery items over the years, overall this has been a good BJs to shop at. Just annoyingly so.

I got gas at the Blasdell BJ’s today. I wanted $50 and gave the cash to Sherry the cashier.While I was pumping the gas, she called me on the speaker to tell me that I had given her $70 and asked me to pick up the extra $20 on the way out.She didn’t have to do that, I would have never known!Kudos to Sherry for her honesty!! Thanks again!!
