The pharmacists are very rude here. I went in on my lunch because I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to get my temperature checked. This is also my pharmacy so I am a frequent customer. When I walked in I said to one guy “I just have a question”, he didn’t even look at me. No acknowledgment. I walked over again to another pharmacist and they ignored me. Finally someone said “do you have a question?” I said yes I’d like my temperature taken so I don’t have to buy a $15 thermometer. They just said “we don’t do that here, we have nothing to do that with”… I’m sorry don’t they conduct Covid tests there? With a forehead thermometer? It was a very strange interaction and I felt very uncomfortable. Changing my pharmacy asap.

Love the Blasdell, NY CVS mostly because of the employee STACY who has been there forever. She is truly a customer service gem! . What an asset to the organization. CVS should give her a raise!

I had been a Rite Aid shopper for many years and now that it is closed, I chose to go to CVS today. I found the items I needed, the store is well organized and the Team Members are friendly. I am happy to have CVS as my new drug store.
