Excellent overall except for the $150 road hazard charge which I declined... Had I ordered the tires from Tire rack this would not have been an issue as they offer it included.

I had a major issue with tires that I bought less than 4 months ago. The issue was discussed and it was resolved to my satisfaction. The staff was patient and worked it out. I will return to Dunn

My tire had a leak from some metal embedded in the tire. Dunn fixed the leak immediately and I was on my way. Super nice staff.

My experience was a disaster. I made an appointment a week before for 11am today and ordered four tires for the appointment along with a NYState inspection. First the woman couldn’t find my appointment, then the tires I ordered weren’t there. It took her 30 minutes just to check me in. I was there 15 minutes early. My car was not taken into the shop for an hour! It took them almost an hour to put the new tires on and then when I thought it was done they had not done the inspection yet! I told them to just charge me for the tires and I’d get it inspected someplace else! If I ever go back it will be too soon!

Put one of my brakes on backwards. Caused loud noise that they couldn't figure out and sent me home with it not fixed. They lost my wheel lock key, so I had to wait weeks for a newone,meanwhile I couldn't troubleshoot the noise. And they treated me like I was an annoyance rather than a customer.

Dunn Tire appeared to be fair with pricing and didn’t add anything unnecessary to the service. They do a good job of walking you through all services they will charge you for and allowing you the opportunity to opt out of anything that is optional. When they needed to order lug nuts for my car they even showed me the receipt from NAPA to prove that I paid the same price that they paid. I’m not a huge fan of larger companies for getting work done on my car, but I would say it was the best experience that I had considering they are a larger organization.

Scheduled an appointment at Monroe, they were 2.5 hours behind, went next door to Dunn tire and they fit me in and still be my other appointment time. I know where I will be getting my cars taken care of when they need work done.

A little bit of a wait, but understandable as I was getting 4 tires put on. I had thought it was going to cost less - before my appt I had texted with a rep that let me know the price per tire with install, but did not let me know about the extra charges. However the sweet girl at the counter gave me some discounts. Take a book with you, & a sweater if you get cold sitting in the AC. So far the tires are great!
