I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!

Associate named “Lynn” was extremely rude to me when I was trying to send an envelope. I said I just didn’t want my address on the envelope and she freaked out screamed for her manager and started tearing up.. I work in customer service and I know that I was not rude. I think she might have been special needs but that’s still not ok to treat your customers like that. Never using fed ex again.

Very friendly and nice associates. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't even have to ask for help, someone came right over to me. The store is immaculate. I prefer coming to this fed ex.

Shipped 2 packages with shipping labels I provided and never received a tracking number. Now one of my package is missing and I have no way to track it. I called this FedEx store and customer service and provided the Time/Date/Location the package was shipped along with the RMA number on the shipping label. After one week customer service closed my case and told me they have no way to see where my package went. After dealing with FedEx customer service and this store in particular I’m never going to use FedEx again if I can help it.

Absolutely never delivered anything on time. I've had to use them for 3 shipments and all 3 were at least a week late. Customer service is useless, can't talk to anyone and if you do find a loophole and get through the automation they offer no help whatsoever. If you can avoid FedEx, do so at all costs.

I ordered my lululemon on Tuesday April 11th 2023. The app said Fed Ex would have it to me on Saturday April 15th 2023. It' is now the 18th and I still haven't received my package. This delivery service is not useful at all and I do not recommend this company if you need items in a rush.

I stop here a few times a month to drop off pre-paid packages to ship out. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and professional.I have sent many packaegs from this location, and nothing has ever been lost or damaged; and I'm always in and out in less than 2 minutes.

So fed ex over charged me $9 said they cant refund my $$ I have to call coorperate.. So i call cooperate they cant help me either and wouldnt even connect me to a supervisor because she saod they cant help me either and said fed ex has to refund me my $$. Well call them back cant refund me my $$ because a manager can only do it. Well they havent had a manager in 3 fn weeks and she hing up on me. Such a joke!

Terrible...we went in to return a Wal-Mart online order. Wal-Mart does free returns you just have to drop off at Fed-Ex. When I got there the morning manager stated the box would need more fill. The box was exactly how it was sent to me from Wal-Mart which was delivered by Fex-Ex. He wanted to change me $5 for more fill. What a joke. Sounds like a scam on Fed-Ex just to make more money. I would avoid this location at all costs. Took it home to fill it with newspaper instead. Terrible service.

I’ve been disappointed with both of my visits.For my first visit, I had to fax something over to another company. The lady in the cast was nice to me for the first 4 minutes. The fax took a while, and she became more and more irritated with me. I asked if I could have my original copies back and she said “give me a minute” with an attitude.Today, I came in to ship a package. She (the lady with the cast) was taping up a small box when I walked in. She looked up at me once, then told Amber (another associate) to come help me instead. Amber was great, she helped me out a lot. Then, 10 seconds later, another lady walks in behind me, the lady with the cast throws the box she was working on to the side and she helps her instead.. Mind you, she wasn’t finished taping the box. I think that was extremely rude. I don’t know why she didn’t want to help me, let alone look at me, But was extremely eager to help the lady who walked in right behind me. I am of color and the lady who walked in behind me was white. So yes I am taking offense.
