I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. They were great to do business with in person, but when I moved out of town, doing business online was absolutely horrid. It was a chore just to pay my credit card every month. The app was glitchy. Sometimes they would change my password every month when I tried to make a payment. Sometimes the password would work on a week day but not on the weekend. More than once I was frozen out of my account, could not pay on time and incurred a late fee. And of course you can’t call them on a weekend or after banking business hours. Checks in the mail may not get processed on time.Can’t wait to pay off this card and be done with them.

Great service. Have been banking here for almost 20 years. Tight knit community. They have a overnight dropbox that I utilize at least once a week. I rarely stop during business hours, but when I do the tellers are always great & its usually not crowded. They also have an app for android & iOS operating systems. my only gripes are the lack of mobile deposit option and not being able to cross transfer to another person's account via app or web. You still have to call or walk in Monday-Friday during business hours.

Decent bank to use.Occasionally when I've had to call depending on who you get customer service can be lacking. Condescending and in some cases rude.but hey, its just money.

Avoid at all costs! My wife lost her job. We contacted this bank to work out a payment arrangement (which we honored) that covered the interest, late fee, and paid a small portion on the loan itself. After some time, the office from Buffalo harrassed me at work (during a crisis no less) and was told to speak to my wife. She then turned this account into a personal vendetta coming after our property. They have stopped honoring the payments made to them so they can rack up more interest. They are instead deducting their lawyer fees from the payments to try and take my property. Don't just avoid this bank, run in fear!

Great service. Have been banking here since I started working at age 15. Usually not crowded. I just wish the hours were all little longer.
