2 cashiers wouldn’t sell a couple expensive jackets that was ringing up for $5 during their $5 pink tag sale saying it was a mistake. Seems like they wanted to buy it themselves. Shady business

Look folks, JCPenney is the best place for apparel and household goods. I do not like to shop but Mckinley JCPenny has a great selection and the associates are always helpful. It has the best 'price-point' for quality apparel and household. Especially, with their coupons! This location is special.

Today I went shopping for jewelry. There was some sort of a reserve sale which I'm not sure what that means. I guess it's where you buy something on a card and you come back and get it 6 days later when the sale starts. However, I am disabled and had trouble comprehending this while in the store. Kat, the woman working the counter, proceeded to show me jewelry, including the great clearance. I found a nice crucifix that I was ready to purchase and unfortunately at the end it did not work out. I did not understand why I could not take it home with me. Kat proceeded to bad-mouth me and say to the next customer, she obviously didn't understand and cackled. I do not appreciate discrimination against people who are disabled.

Love going there for my hair style.
When I called to make the appointment the phone was answered by Johnathan Gonzales. He was very unprofessional over the phone, it felt like he was bothered and wanted to finish the conversation as fast as possible.
That can be a turn off for new customers.
If he doesn't have any customers service skills, he should not be answering the phone.
Personal moods are not acceptable in a work environment.
This is not the first time I had an interaction with him.

Great clothes at a reasonable price. Employees are very friendly. They acknowledge every customer as you walk through the store. Good customer service is hard to find but jc Penney has it down pat.

The last big store in our area without having to go to the Galeria (to big and trouble brews there). Prices are fair, selection in every department more than adequate, service great,and products wether in store or online are quality goods.

This was my first job. I was hired at JCPenney and during the interview I said I was shy and was hired. After the FIRST day of working the cash register on may 6 2024, I was fired on may 7 THE DAY AFTER for not being vocal enough and just not being good enough. It was very ignorant and rude of them to fire me after ONE DAY! The manager could have gave me a warning and told me I need to work on it or put me in a different department but instead I got fired. AFTER ONE DAY ON THE STINKING JOB!?? very unfair and these people are so ignorant and do not care about anyones feelings. DO NOT work here.

They should keep the JCPenneys in McKinley Mall, but close the JCPenneys in the galleria Mall helping McKinley Mall bring back customers
