The lady who was cutting the fabric for me was very rude to me. If I could give this rating 0 stars I would. I would not recommend going here.

Shopped yesterday at this location. When I walked in, the shelves were bare or had minimal production available.Apparently they were just starting to set up for Christmas (as per what we were told.)When I asked for assistance, I was told that she would need to get someone else because that employee was busy. When the other employee finally showed up, she spoke to me like I was a child.Then when we got to the register, the cashier was complaining someone needed to come up and cash because there was a line and she had to go home. (Mind you as we walked up to the register there were others that had been standing around doing nothing.)

This store is a disaster. It is grossly understaffed. There are bolts of fabric lying on the floor or stacked on top of each other. The fabric upholstery fabric selection is stagnant and dated. The shelves throughout the store are in total disarray. The sales staff are responsible for cleaning the bathrooms which are filthy and smelly. The only time this store was presentable was immediately after the remodel a couple years ago and the remodel did not extend to the disgusting bathrooms.Michael's and Hobby Lobby do not have these issues. I assume that is because they have higher standards and sufficient staffing levels.

Definitely not the store it used to be. Often dirty and gross looking. The store was “remodeled” but they left the nasty old floor and disgusting bathrooms. Stuff is often hard to find on the shelves and says it in stock but can’t be found anywhere. I’ve noticed that some staff members spend a lot of time in conversation with each other while waiting on customers, complete with an occasional dropped F bomb. A lot of their prices on notions are double what you could find for the same thing at Walmart. Basic broadcloth precuts of fabric ring up higher than the by the yard price. I could go on and on.

I have been going to Joannes for alot of years and I was very pleased when the store was renovated. It WAS clean and spacious. BUT the last 3-4 times I've been there, I have been sadly disappointed. The store is so dirty( especially in the "crafty/supply area. There is stuff all over the floors and everything just thrown on the shelves. I understand patrons contribute to alot of it. But I was there 2 days in a row and the same stuff/garbage was on the floor! Not sure if its staff shortage or laziness...wondering if I should give it another shot?

I ran in for 1 piece of fabric and what should have only taken 5-10 mins ended up taking about 45 mins! Seems as though staff is sparse there. Only one person cutting the fabric and one person at registers! The lone cashier had a problem w/lady's goods in front of me n had to call for assistance. By this time the check out line was growing. No one came to help her so she finally decided to use another register n started checking the rest of us out. Idk how long the other lady had to wait before they resolved her issue. ? Geez

They remodeled this store awhile ago and I hate the change. Hard to find things now. Theres random clearance sections on end caps and tucked away throughout the store and are a disaester. This store is often messy. Besides that I continue to shop here because I love the selection. Sometimes the staff is unhelpful. I found thr cashier more helpful for thr project I was doing. The staff likes to talk amoung themselves which is unprofessional but i guess thats the times now.

The store was filthy, it was unorganized, the bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned. The staff was ok but not great. I would never ever recommend.

Rude service, I went there for a small amount of red felt and the lady wanted to know what I was making and got way too personal. And she went on about a coupon on the phone which by the way didn’t work and I had to pay for it like normal, which is fine, all I wanted was to buy the stuff and walk away. It shouldn’t be that bad to just buy something.

We went with the intention of purchasing fabric for a historical costume, however we had no experience or a good plan (wingin it as usual). An associate offered some advice and seemed to be quite knowledgeable in things related to our project, so we kept asking questions. She basically rescued us from making horrible rookie mistakes, taking us by the hand and leading us to make purchases that we feel quite confidently will get the job done right according to our budget. She took all the time necessary to show us which fabrics would be best (and why) for the idea we had. Everyone was friendly here but if I return I will definitely look for Stash (she's the best).

Dont do curbside pickup! Marked that i was here 20 min ago, finally called the store and they unapologetically said they didnt get the notification and they be out, and 10 min later i had to go inside and ask for my stuff, where they said they tried to bring it out and couldn't find us...we're right infront of the door. Ridiculous.

Rude . They are redesigned the sore is beautiful. Very nice set up but staff is rude . The cutting girl was super rude. I went for sale fabric but was charged full price. When i showed her the sale price that stipulations in store or online she demanded it was online only. So i was over charged 3. 00 a yard . The woman she asked for price over ride said no .the staff at this location is just plain old mean and rude

Terrible experience. Checked in curbside, waited 15min, called the store and was placed on hold by an associate before I could even talk. Waited on hold for 7 minutes then hung up. Left the location without my order and called again 10min later to cancel the order. The associate said that someone was just going out to give me my order....25min after arriving!!! TERRIBLE! I deleted the app and my acct...never again. The most valuable thing we have is TIME.

Store has recently been remodeled. I hope they are not stopping with the remodel. Notions department was a disappointment. This department has not kept up with changes in technology. Spread out and disorganized, numerous duplications of the same products. Poor lighting in the fabric aisles. Be prepared for lengthy waits in the check out area. It is extremely irritating to watch other clerks walk past the check out area and ignore the customers waiting in line. No place to put your items at the check out desk. You have to give out your phone number before you can check out. They keep information on your past purchases and refuse to honor online coupons if you have used them previously. This is another new policy that has not been shared with loyal customers. Non-sale items are placed in the clearance section. Items are not priced. I often have to return to the store because of cashier errors. I live an hour away. With the cost of gasoline. I do not find the repeat trips to the store amusing. I am sorry to leave such a negative review.

Stuff is really expensive, the store changed its layout. I can never find what I'm searching for unless I just stumble across something I might like. $40 for Oven Mitts $40 for festive pumpkin smock. When I need help they are busy talking about something
