First time here, awesome craft store. Somethings are a little expensive an you can find them cheaper online but nothing beats being able to browse a real store and ask questions

A bunch of workers in the framing department, including Kate, helped my parents for probably 45 minutes because they had no clue what they wanted. Very helpful and kind service, and pretty good prices.

Sales associate I encountered went above and beyond treating me with great kindness and consideration! Even though what I was looking for wasnt in stock, I walked out remembering the experience and would highly reccomend this Micheals to anyone who is pasisonate about crafting or collecting ❤️
