Abysmal Customer Service! Been going to this Office Max location since its 1985 opening and sadly service has slipped while prices rise. I had an issue with a product and the manager was rude and never attempted to help. When I told him I would not be returning he didn't care, say he was sorry nor try and talk me out of not returning. There are better options that are more economical.

When i was trying to cash out, the very large man at cashier, wouldn't stop pestering me about giving my phone number & email to sign up for spam. Then basically forced me to take a survey in front of him, made me give him 10 stars. I was also charged for 6 notebooks when I only bought 1. The whole thing took like 15 min. When it should have been 1 minute max. I will never step foot in this location again. Will be going to hobby lobby from now on

Wonderful better selection what Best Buy have I was looking for laptop mouse office max have maybe 10-14 mouse for computers with cords attach to them on web store I check Best Buy they have two mouse with cords to them.,
I buy mouse I don’t want have keep buying batteries for it to use it office have better selection for office supplies obviously it’s in there name of course.,
And better deals I’m looking for something for laptop again I’m going Office Depot from now on

Women and Latinos are targeted by manager, Chris. He announced “I didn’t like you from the minute you walked in here” and creepily watched me from behind the printing area while verbally harassing me. Be safe out there!

Chris was the associate who helped us Tues , July 2, 2024, He was very helpful, finding toner from a dazzling, confusing array. He directed us to the correct aisle for other needed products. He navigated through a very difficult business process, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business, and turned what could have been a very difficult and stressful experience into a very smooth and successful one. Finally, he and the other associate working there loaded our numerous and heavy purchases into the car. Thanks, Chris.
