They're not cranky and irritable, and they never run out of your medication (unlike other pharms). You don't sit around and wait for hours or days to get it filled. Always a pleasant smile and you can tell they really do care. Theyre on Niagara street in the Care Medical building. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTEED.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with the staff at Cottrill’s for over a year now. Because I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and require my medication (injection form) delivered every two weeks, I tend to speak with them on a frequent basis, especially at the beginning when they assisted me in having the medication approved. If it weren’t for them going the extra mile and speaking with my doctor’s office and insurance provider, I’m sure I would have been denied. They all worked as a team to make this possible for me and I’m doing much better physically/mentally. No matter who I spoke with, I received the same professional/personal service.
