Printing Services in Blasdell, NY

“On Dec. 8th we went to the Blasdell store to pickup a laser printer and ream of paper which was a special price online. Box was large and asked for some assistance. The smileless lady behind the print counter said we should use a cart to take it out ourselves. It was on the floor near the counter waiting for pick up. Note we're both over 75 years of age. Well up steps Dave with a cart and help lifting, and pointing out we should have taken advantage of special on paper - a box of three for only a little more than we paid for one! Oh and he also checked that we purchased the printer that included an extra XL toner cartridge- a better value for the same printer. He arranged a return and new sale to save on that paper deal we missed. Dave was so helpful and we felt he provided customer service that was exemplary. If only every employee had his work ethic. Certainly the woman we initially approached working behind the print counter could learn from Dave! Thank you, Dave!”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”
