Check in was easy, but could have used another kiosk. The wait time was close to the appointment time. The staff was very cheerful and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and the patient Check in is posted on video display so all patients can see their position in the queue.

I always get my labs done here. They are quick, polite and professional. I always try to have an appointment, which is easy to make online. I am in and out in no time! Completed labs are posted within a few days and I can always compare present, with past results, and all my doctors have the results they need when they need them. Quest is the best!

Megan was amazing. She was kind and the blood draw was done very well. She explained all the tests, organized my billing and got the information to the correct doctors. Overall, she was an absolute pleasure. This was the best experience with Quest I have ever had.

Very bad service. I waited on the line for 1 hour but they didn’t even call. Calling everyone on the line except me. When I asked they don’t know if I was even in the line but when I see my name on the list they just avoid calling us.

There were no convenient times available for me to get a test shown on the webpage so I decided to take a gamble and be a walkin. I arrived and there was no waiting time and a technician took me in immediately. She said I lucked out and came in at the perfect window of time, I was in and out in under 10 minutes!
