Absolute joke of a place. went in with a script and all the things required to do a test even had the doctor confirm they could do it. Only to get there and have them say they are unable to perform it called the doctor right then and there who then confirmed they could. The girl wasnt having it. Tried to show them the script in the system and they simply just refused and said not their problem. Went to another quest who easily performed the test don't know if there are just incompetent people working here or they just didn't feel like doing it but schedule at literally any other location other than this one.

I've been here before and didn't need to make an appointment. I came here again today, and there was no reminder that an appointment is required. After I registered, a nurse told me impatiently that you don't have an appointment and need to wait. I said yes, but , I waited for an hour and another nurse came out and yelled at me and told me I didn't have an appointment and kicked me out, I'm a 26 week pregnant Asian woman, and after kicking me out, they were at the door There was a piece of paper posted on it that said by appointment only, I felt so helpless and discriminated against, I was waiting there at 8:00 am with my 5 year old son, how I wished for help, however No, what I got was discrimination and disrespect!

They should change type business from labor to any other things like corner store or anything else...it doesn't look like labor starting with loooooong waiting time till nobody will accept to help you....sorry for all corner store

Best Quest lab in WNY.They are on time, efficient and very nice.I've been to many that are crowded, not on time and blame me for being a hard patient to find a vein.What a refreshing change

The reason it is not a 1 is because of how kind and sincere the technicians were. We brought our 1 year old in for bloodwork and before arriving my wife called the mainline (no way to contact the actual quest, just a giant call center) and they assured us all technicians have been trained to draw blood on children. We had two technicians attempt to draw blood from our child ending up in no blood drawn and multiple puncture marks on our 1 year old. They were very kind and empathetic, but having your child’s blood drawn is stressful enough without having techs that are not trained or comfortable.

*Update, I have gone again for further bloodwork. The staff works really hard and there are only 2 techs on location. Sometimes customers have complex testing to be done or arrive late. The staff at Quest have been really good to me and a reasonable wait time should be expected. Both times I have waited less than 10 minutes. I am hereby changing my review to 5 stars.I cannot confirm or deny what anyone else's reviews state, but from my experience at Quest Diagnostics in Blasdell, it was fine. I only dealt with one person, but no one was rude to me or kept me waiting for very long. My appointment was about 1pm and there were only about 3 other people in the waiting area.I have the 3 star review because there was a bit of difficulty in drawing my blood, but all things aside, my experience at Quest Diagnostics Blasdell was acceptable.

So here I sit for another half hour??? Made an appointment!!! Your TV in the lobby says specifically that if you make an appt you will be in and out??? So I could have sat here for 40 minutes without anyone greeting me!!!Lastly, you need to start showing or giving what prices are instead of sticking people and then asking for $600 on the spot...

My job supposedly set up an appointment for me I go there they tell me that I do not have an appointment I try to ask where I can go for walkins and the young lady is telling me that she doesn’t know how do you not know this but yet you work for that company if you’re telling me you can’t do it you should be able to direct me in the right spot this is very unprofessional and how rude she was you really should hold a higher standard for your company

Had a 3:30 appointment on 4/13. When I arrived, the door was locked and a sign on the door announced the daily hours had changed to close at 2:00pm. Received no phone call or email telling me of this change. I just checked the web site and the hours still appear that closing time is 4:00pm

The nurses are nice the wait is ridiculous. I waited one hour to have blood drawn. If the place is open until 4 pm . Hire enough staff to take care of the patients
