They were out of wraps so I chose to get naan bread, and the worker also put raw bacon on my food first before cooking it, other than that everything else was good

I ordered online. I did not go to pick the subs up until the app said they are ready. They weren’t ready. On top of waiting 20 minutes while being only customer in there the employee gave me the completely wrong subs and I did not know that until I drove all the way home.Parking: Hardly any spots and they are very small

Like a scene from Kitchen Nightmares. They dropped a single brand new employee who is just learning, with a line of people, and I watched her read from a sheet how to make 2 of my 3 sandwiches which I ordered an hour ago online.

I feel bad for already forgetting her name. I believe it was Elena (spell check) at the Blasdell McKinley Parkway location. I came in to pick up a order and she was getting slammed. Store was full of customers and this poor girl was by herself. As she continued to make orders even more customers walked in. Normally in these type of situations the worker will get aggravated and as in result put out a poor product. But she continued to work and the entire time did it with a smile and was polite. I applaud her and appreciate the fact there are still good workers out there who get put in a tough situation but continue to push through and get the task done. This girl deserves a raise! If every establishment needs a worker like her.

First off, I went in there after a long day of working just wanting a sub, therefore I put in an online order. after waiting 20 minutes I expected it to be done, however this is not the case, I have waited 30 minutes additionally in the store itself for them to tell me that they have to take care of the people who just walked in after me.The one worker just just stood and paced back and forth, the other kid named Michael put his gloves on and off multiple times making gestures and prioritizing jokes over actual work.However were the employees at least respectful? Sadly this is not the case, because when I came up and said is my order getting made, the guy just shrugged and said nothing.Well, was the food at least presentable, or even enjoyable, this once again is not the case, the food was destroyed. The bread was so burnt it crumbled at the lightest touch, the bread was also torn in many places, even including a whole missing chunk.Look, I'm not biased in any way, however this is unacceptable, the presentation was absent in my food, the taste was a far cry from any other, and the employees were unprofessional. If I could give a zero star I seriously would. I had multiple issues at this location. First of all the staff is entirely incompetent and couldn’t even input a coupon, my food was barely made correctly and I was given stale bread, and I was overcharged somehow for my entire visit. When I emailed the “contact Subway” about these issues I was given a vague email back and no resolution. I have since found out that Subways are franchise restaurants and I won’t be back to this one. If you want an actually good Subway experience you should go to the one a mile and a half away by the Target on Amelia Drive. This one will take your money, give you poor quality food, and over charge you!

My wife and I went here yesterday for subs. We were having a weird day and my wife wasn't paying attention and had her toppings put on my sub. I would have ate it but the guy making the sub threw it out. He was kinda mad and I don't blame him. Anyways, the subs were really good and I do apologize again.

Ordered chicken bacon aiola 1 foot long from the "series" on line . Xtra veggies. Roll was excellent. The sub was light on chicken, loaded with sauce to the point it could not be picked up and all you tasted was aiola sauce. Bacon was not cooked at all! Had to microwave it to eat the bacon. Sloppy and unmanageable. Left half.. Very disappointed..

Would probably eat here again. no complaints about the staff, nothing weird happened with the food. Just feel like subway is getting a little expensive for what it is. Bathrooms where clean witch is always swell
