July 20, 2025. Sunday. Walked in and I was only customer. It was 11:50am. Small petite stylist asked me to come back because she was going to lunch. The sign on the door handwritten said she was going to lunch between 12 and 12:30. I always give generous tips close to what the cost of the haircut is. What happened to actually working? Sorry. Lost me on that.

They have know idea how to cut hair. Asked for a high and tight, told her it didn't look right. When i got home and looked at it better it was so bad i had to shave my head.

This girl totally butchered my hair. Beware. What school taught you to do a BLUNT cut all the way down on an angle for curtain bangs. Do not let this location touch your hair. She also complained because my hair is so long. So unless you want to have to pay more for someone else to fix their mistakes don't come here. One side is way shorter than the other. She should have her lisence revoked seriously 😒

What can I say....one of the best places to get your cut at. Haley is my go to!!!! Haircuts are always on point. She's always in a great mood which enhances the service. Always available when you need her. Would highly recommend!!!

The stylist who's name I have forgotten, did my hair and it looks great! I was unsure of what I wanted..and haven't had my hair done in a long time... Probably a couple years. She took her time, washed my hair and cut it great! She only charged $30 which isn't bad. I did not have to wait and just walked in. I Def would return as she was very friendly and professional! Thank you, to the nice woman with shorter brown hair and the pitty:) really appreciate it. My hair looks great ??

Absolutely atrocious business practice. Arrived at location 1338 for a 1345 appointment, immediately was given a horrible excuse on how “their system let people overbook on their website” aka I didn’t want to do my job and adjust my locations details on our website.
No problem, I’ll let one slide and was told it was going to be around a 30 minute wait minimum, “awesome I’ll be right back around 1415.
Arrived back at the location 1408 seated myself and my son and was told won’t be much longer and welcome back. Sat briefly and was unpleasantly surprised that the one stylist was letting another customer go ahead of my son and myself that had an appointment for 1415!
The excuses kept pouring out of the woman’s mouth and with a terrible explanations on how they let a customer who had a 1415 appointment time slot go ahead of someone who had a 1345 appointment time slot.
Absolute vile practices.
Stylist: Did terribly and made excuses of why she was letting someone else go ahead of someone who had an earlier appointment.

If you go there when Cody is present, run away.
Cody cut my hair & it was horrible. He was not friendly, very rude, & condescending & he gave me the worst haircut of my life (which is saying something because my mom cut my hair when I was a kid). Even his attitude towards another customer was rude. My entire interaction with him felt like I was a huge inconvenience.
First, he phrased questions in a way that was weird to me (how do your bangs fall? -um, in front of my face), then instead of rephrasing or explaining (what length would you like your bangs?), he said the same thing louder & slower as if I was an idiot. I should've said something right there but I gave him the benefit of a doubt & figured he was having a bad day. Not that it mattered because he didn't listen to what I wanted & did something different anyway. I was charged $27 for this cut & I was too shocked to say anything at the time.
When I got home & looked at what he did I was so angry. I had asked for it to be straight across, no layers, no angles, nothing. The cut he gave me was uneven, longer on one side than the other, & even shorter in back. & I don't even know what he tried to do with my bangs, but they were not straight or symmetrical. They were twice as thick & curved at the edges. I guess what he was going for might be a style, but I'm pretty sure my directions of "straight across" is straightforward, which is not what I got.
In hindsight, I should've realized something was up when he didn't even get my hair wet. I had just taken it out of an updo & it was wavy. He combed through it & started cutting. He didn't ask where I part it, he kept doing something in the back, & didn't compare the right & left sides for length. These are pretty standard things that happen whenever I get my hair cut. The whole time I was there I kept thinking I'm being punked cause this is beyond strange. I should add that I wear glasses which I take off during the cut, so I can't actually see what's happening. Usually I sit there with my eyes closed. I don't like to chat, i just want a few minutes of quiet to myself. Usually I trust the stylist knows what they're doing. Big mistake with this one.
I had to go to the Quaker Crossing location the next day to have them fix my hair, which is where I'll be going from now on.
Stylist: Cody was horrible. Bad service, bad cut, bad experience.

Took my kids here, there was a women cutting my sons hair who was fantastic! Then the male barber cut my other son's hair and was terrible, didn't talk to him, kept whipping his head around and stated that the cut wasn't the greatest cause my son was too fidgety. Sir the reason he was fidgety was due to you. Again the women was fantastic, the gentlemen 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
