We’ve been shopping at this store for years because we love their product. Unfortunately, it’s our last time, we received a gift from the store that did not fit our personality. My intention was to exchange it for another item in the store however, without a receipt… Remember, this is a gift, we were not even allowed to exchange it for something else in the store. We are a little surprised by this policy. In most cases, a gift can at the very least be exchanged for something more suitable.

Large selection of Buffalo Bills and Buffalo themed clothing. It is VERY heavily Bills-focused though, with only small sections of Buffalo (specifically the city) and BFLO Store branded goods. They were also playing Bills-themed music loud enough that you wouldn't want to have a conversation inside. It did seem to be attracting people to the store though, because there were a lot more people shopping this year than I've seen in the past.

I went in to buy a pair of sneakers and the young lady that helped me was a sweetheart...she gave me a sock so I could try a pair on and then also went and got me a chair to sit on to try them on . Was very sweet and very helpful. I definitely was very happy with the her help. ??

While on my vacation in Buffalo, my mom and I took a trip to the BFLO Store. It was a cute store, but I was majorly disappointed. Many sweatshirts/shirts/hoodies were WAY OVERPRICED. $89.99 for a hoodie?! Wow. I had found the same hoodie on the NFL shop and it was $29.99???The BFLO Store is definitely huge… and has lots of items/clothing. It’s a good place to check out… maybe not buy anything… but definitely a sight. Some of their small items are less pricey though…(magnets, cups, stickers, etc.).Overall… OVERPRICED, but still a nice visit.As an alternative… I’d definitely go to the BuffaLove store. :)
