Everytime I go in, I apologize I do not know his name. Curly black hair, facial hair. Always welcomed with a greeting. Hi, how are you, a thank you, have a nice day. We all have bad days, if he has one you'll never know. His customer service is awesome.

I had no idea that your UPS store did faxing! The staff was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. They are fast with all my Amazon Returns as well.

Very rude associate with bad attitude. Ignored the line of people while he packaged up clothing and after several minutes, while I was trying to return a large package, I told him he had a line of people waiting, he mumbled that if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else.

The 2 male employees that were working today were very nice and handled my issue with another UPS store easy! Idk why the male employee at the other location acted like his job was so hard and tried pushing it off on me! Umm no! So I left there and came to this location. The 2 males were very friendly and polite! Now that’s the kind of people I wanna deal with! I was in and out! 3 returns and the guy did it quickly! Thank you for being awesome and I’m sorry if I came off rude in the beginning. I was treated rudely at another location so I was wary. Again thank you to those 2 nice guys today! They turned my bad day around!

UPS states it has a notary however the person who notarized is taking the test. So you wasted my time and take down that you have a notary until you actually have one.

This store is horrible. I’ve been shipping for years and this location is the first to tell me my shipping boxes were unacceptable and not “shipping rated.” They offered to repackage them for $20 each! One was small and the second heavy duty! NO THANKS. Total scam and money grab. Took to another UPS location and shipped no problem. AVOID this location!!!
