“I know most if not all the employees at this location and they are all extremely kind and helpful, but there was a new guy today and he was probably the most passive aggressive/sarcastic person I've ever met.Asked me if I had a rewards card to which I responded "No", he replied with "Realllyyy?" in a sarcastic tone.Took him like 30 seconds to charge my card for my purchase.Everything else about this establishment is great and I will be back to get more stuff, but that one guy really put me off.”

“I went to this boutique and it was a wonderful experience! The man greeted us when we came in and was always asking if we needed help finding anything. He even brought some styles from the back for me to look at. It was my first time in an abaya store and when I told him I was shopping for my Shahada he congratulated me and gave me a lot of helpful tips about when to come to the store and some items to look for to make learning to pray Salah easier! Everything about the customer service was wonderful and the abayas were well made and had a really fair price! I’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you!!”

“Visiting Ashley at the Lancaster Kohl's Sephora is a must. She is so knowledgeable with the products and listens to your concerns. She makes several different suggestions and provides samples. My daughter was experiencing excema around her mouth. Her doctor prescribed hydrocortisone cream to use sparingly and see a dermatologist. I was in Sephora for myself and had a conversation with Ashley. She told me what products to use for inflammation and dryness as well as moisture. She gave me two samples. Within 48 hours my daughter was completely clear! Went back and purchased those items. No need for a dermatologist! We are using a more natural healing approach instead of creams that may thin her skin! I recently had an issue with my own skin and went to visit her again. Once again, she did not fail me. My issue also has resolved! Great knowledge of the products she's selling as well as remedies for what myself and daughter were experiencing. I have had such luck at this location. She is definitely an asset to Sephora. I will definitely be back and I will also recommend people to go in and ask for her!”

“Grayheart is a hidden gem in Hamburg. I shop there for myself and to find gifts for others. They offer amazing quality clothing, but also an array of items that are great gifts that can be personal but also for an occasion you are having a hard time finding something for, as well as someone you may not know very well. Their prices are the best for any clothing boutique in the Southtowns, the selection and quality are amazing yet so affordable. I went there to find an outfit for a work party. A wide range of styles and brands, including a lot of high-end clothing (I saw a Gianni Versace dress for like 40 or 50$) and a lot of vintage (There was a cute Nicole Miller dress for 200$, out of my price range but lovely). You'll definitely find some cute stuff. The black velvet shoes I purchased were 22$, and the gold and black dress I purchased (with a matching cover up) for 48$. Not bad! They also have a ton of stuff on sale for 25 and 50% off. Cute casual wear and mens clothes too. Fitting rooms were clean and spacious. Very friendly staff, great clothes and a good space for shopping. :)”

“BuffaLove is my favorite place is the whole Buffalo area. They have Buffalo Bills attire, Buffalo attire, BuffaLove attire, and their own brand of workout attire (buff)!! All of their shirts/hoodies are high quality and made with love. As soon as you try one on, you can feel the love and the comfort. They have flags, sweatshirts, hoodies, tshirts, jewelry, sweatpants, and much more! My mom and I bought so much in this store… we never thought we would leave.However, this store gets even better. How could this store get any better?!… Their smoothies.My mom and I got the S’mores smoothie… and oh em’ jee. It was most definitely the most delicious smoothie I’ve ever had in my life.The workers were also super nice and accommodating.The atmosphere of this place was very cozy, casual, and relaxing.I am truly delighted to say that this is my favorite store I’ve ever been in… and that I will be coming back… multiple times.”
