I took my car to Hi-Line a couple of years ago before the new owners took over and they were fabulous- they advised that for my windshield I should get a price quote from Safelight because they said it would be cheaper, and they saved me money at their own expense, which is truly the pinnacle of CUSTOMER service. When I found out that they had new owners I was disappointed because it is so hard to find really honest mechanics/repair shops like Hi-line. Well I am so happy to say that the new owners and the new staff are just as terrific!!! Josh is so pleasant to deal with, super knowledgable and yes, HONEST. They did a great job on my car and saved me a bunch of money compared to quotes I got elsewhere. Josh also made sure that it got done in a timely fashion. I will absolutely be using this shop any time my car needs body work! I highly recommend!!!!”
“Recently I had a fender bender involving my Honda CRV. As it was a leased car from Honda I was asked to take it to the dealership. Everything about D&C Auto Body are excellent. The quiet location, service, the speed and quality of work are commendable. Juan Ferreiras with whom I worked has been superb. They arranged my pickup and drop off with the rental company. When I picked up my car, I couldn't even recognize it. It had inside out makeover. It was so clean inside and out though I didn't pay for that. They get my six-star rating.”
“I am selective about who/what I review and just realized I never wrote one for Sato Auto Repair. I've had many cars and used to take them to the dealers for service, especially since the dealers wash your car (admittedly a poor reason.) However, since I found Sato's Auto Repair, I take my cars to Mr. Sato. This is the most competent, reasonably priced, good service, honest car repair shop I've ever found and I trust them 100%. It's a little hard to find on Route 9A and very easy to miss, but once you know where it's located, it's easy. I highly recommend Sato's.”
