3 packages my family ordered in the last few weeks have been stuck in the Blauvelt, NY Fed Ex facility for over a week with zero updates. Fed Ex sucks, something shady is happening at this facility. Dont use FedEx if you can avoid it.

3 different deliveries from them. Mind you. The only 3 times I've used them because I had no choice in shipper. One they said they attempted delivery while I'm watching the tracking updates and no one was here. Impossible. We have at least a dozen people here at any given time. Can only assume they didn't even make the attempt. Second time. Literally watched the delivery window time change the exact min of the end of their time window. Driver arrive 3hrs later. Then today. Friday. On truck out for delivery changed to deliver Monday. Address update. Call them and I'm told it was sorted onto the wrong truck. This FedEx facility needs an overhaul or needs to be shut down. Horrible.

Ordered an iPad October 2nd from a merchant. iPad allegedly arrived to the Fed Ex Facility damaged on October 10th and sat there for a week until I found out. Contacted the merchant and they sent out a second iPad on Wednesday October 30th that was allegedly delivered to my address. Yes I received the picture but the box looks like it was tampered with and 8 mins after the item was delivered my dad came outside and there was no box on my stoop. I have ring camera footage. How did my delivery disappear in 8 minutes?? Mmmmm looks like the driver took a pic then took my damn box that’s what it sounds like. I filed a police report and I filed a complaint with Fed Ex. Fed Ex better run me another iPad or run me my money! Please view the picture below. Yes that’s my door and mat but look closely at the box the side is slightly open and 8 mins after that picture was taken my dad went outside no box in sight. I’m starting to believe the first iPad wasn’t damaged like they allegedly said I’m sure someone stole that iPad as well at this point. Oh another thing I was told by a rep the trucks have cameras but guess what the manager at the facility says that the camera on that truck allegedly doesn’t work. Wow so why do these trucks have cameras again ?? Fed Ex is trash yes I said what I said!! Customer Service is trash, they say things then change the story later, I’m over them !!

Package was promised to be delivered between 10:20 and 220... How could FedEx expect people to be home all day to sign for a package... When they don't deliver within the specified time they've indicated very bad service

Worst company. Use UPS 100 times better. I paid extra for a package to be delivered by 4/17 and it said 4/17. Got a call at 9am on 4/17 asking for suite number. This building has never used suite numbers as all the business names are signs above door. The morons at FedEx delayed my shipping because they wanted suite number. I have gotten deliveries for 27 years never using a suite number. Tried calling location but surprise no answer. Talk about a bunch of idiots.

Said my package was delivered , was home at the time and did not see a truck , my package had a photo taken as well but wasn’t delivered till late that day.

What's the point of a doorbell if you don't use it. ? knocking on a house is d**** Worst customer service ever, when you and ask for supervisor they trek you to keep tracking the package online.
