I decided to take my Nissan here for a regular oil change and I was offered a free tire rotation (I had a coupon for oil change and free tire rotation). So I made an appointment and after 1 1/2 hours my Nissan was ready. There was an additional charge for $23.95 (express OW20). And to top it off the tire rotation did not include balancing. So now when I drive my car it has a vibration. If I knew this information I would of just elected to not do a tire rotation and just do oil change but now i have a shaky car. You could do better than these folks, avoid at all cost??

My experience at Rockland Nissan was nothing short of incredible. The salesman I dealt with was JC, he made it feel as though we were old friends catching up who also happened to be completing a car purchase. I arrived at open and EVERY employee that passed by said good morning (even on the rainy day it was.) I had read some reviews while in the parking lot & was about to leave. I'm glad I didn't. I can only review based on my experience and it was all positive!

I got my new nissan Pathfinder platinum a week ago, and it started to make weird noises, s I went to rockland nissan, and Justin served me like a king!!! He identified the problem right away, I got back my keys in less then 30 minutes, when in the mean time Justin already ordered a new gas pump, and explained me the problem very detailed and patiently!!!! Justin is the best service guy I've ever met!!!! Even tho I was really frustrated that my new car made problems, he managed to calm me down....It was a real pleasure doing business with you Justin!!!!!!

The Regional Manager David is EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE. I went to Rockland Nissan on June 10th to assist my sister with getting a car. We Stayed there for several hours and wanted to go home to discuss the numbers. The regional manager got ANGRY and came to our car as we were leaving and said since you're not doing the sale today i need all the papers ( car fax/ papers she signed with her info on it) and began snatching them out my sister's hands before she could even give it to him. We asked for the keys to my sister's car ( for the second time) and he said it was inside however my sister has a press to start car and when she pressed it it came on which means the key is in or near the car. Things started getting weird like he was trying to force us to stay so I decide to go in and get the keys instead. from the front door I heard him repeatedly yelling " THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE SALE" over and over talking to the sales reps but there were customers in the store that could hear him and myself. I walked over and said " I'm here now you can stop talking about me and give me my keys to leave". I am not exaggerating when I say he got in my face and yelled " you are not worth the sale" several time while dangling my keys. I told him to go on vacation !!! As I was walking out the rude lady at the front desk said something and I told her to go on vacation as well. Yes I yelled I was humiliated in front of the whole store. he thinks he's untouchable because he's the regional manager and the only person above him is the owner and I can't get in contact with the owner unless I go through him!!! The woman who takes your name at the door is rude and obnoxious. she was rude to me and verbally attacked a customer. The manager treated me terrible. He Talked in circles and tried to confuse me with the price. He would not give me the advertised price. He was jotting all different numbers on paper. When I went to use my calculator on my phone he demanded I look at him in the eyes when he speaks. if I looked away he gets more angry. Rockland Nissan is a disgrace!

read under 73 reviews that are not recommended for this business the only reason why I'm doin this is because they talk to meLike I'm stupid and that gives meAttitude when they know they messed up and had me go back and forth and blamed Mavis but we will get to bottom of it asap. And get the repairs I need

If I could do zero stars I would. They are a bunch of thieves including the finance team. They added an extended warranty that I had no idea about and on top of that, they took over 2 months to send me the check when they had it for 7 weeks already. I had to call for a week straight to get my money back. Terrible! trust the other reviews and stay away

I recently went to Rockland Nissan for a leased car. Mr Ahmad Oraid had given me a quote on so the next day, I paid him a visit. I've never had a salesman go to bat for me to help me get what I wanted. The Leased car industry is tough as that pool is shrinking and inventory are hard to come by. So prices are much higher than in the past. So to find someone like Ahmad, is rare. He's not pushy but he is an aggressive advocate for you. He is a consummate professional, who really listens and is honest. His agenda is to provide you with the best service possible. No nasty surprises. I got my leased car from them! I'm thrilled with their service and thrilled with the car!
