After troubleshooting on her computer to fix it to no avail, I suggested stopping here to see if it could be fixed. The tech that was working, Steve, was SO kind, helpful, and patient. Although her phone required fixing beyond their scope, his knowledge of all things tech (which is a foreign language to both my sister and I) would have typically intimidated both of us to the point where we didn't know what or how to ask the right questions, he really took his time to thoroughly answer EVERY single question we asked.
