Peak Property Solutions solved my problem after I had a new fence installed that left big gaps at the bottom of my fence. Dave had an easy resolution to my issue and came right back with an amazing estimate. Within a few days he placed beautiful roundstone along the perimeter of my fence. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the work he did and highly recommended him!

Peak Property Maintenance did a significant back yard project involving drainage improvements, retaining walls, a new pathway, a new fire pit area and sodding the yard. They did amazing work. I didn't have a clear idea of how all the pieces would come together, but the owner Shannon had a great vision and implemented it beautifully!

Peak Property came to install two huge egress windows for our basement remodel. The windows came out great and they went above and beyond repairing the lawn and landscaping when they were finished.
