Absolutely crap. For the past 3 years our normal mail LADY has given us neighbors mail, hoarded our mail, mail isn’t being delivered and packages not being delivered and deemed “lost” when it shows it never left the office. The manager is never there and if she is she doesn’t actually do anything but sit at her desk. The mail carrier needs to be fired.
The only time I actually receive mail and get my packages is when we have a substitute carrier. I have called and complained to several offices and emails and nothing is being done. Unfortunately I have to continue to get my mail through them but I will go to hemlock to mail or send packages!!”

“I went into the Ionia post office today to Simply mail a money order and if it fits it ships parcel. I was the most confused customer of 2024 so far and the postal worker could have been nicer to me! Iam sorry but I did not get her name but thank you for being so kind to me!”
