They were so helpful and accommodating. I needed new all year round tires in a hurry and they were able to help me decide which tires would fit my needs best, at reasonable price. They ordered the tires and they had the tires on my car within two days. So far they have worked great on snow covered roads.

I feel compelled to report the recent experience my wife and I had with Saxby’s Collision. We selected Saxby’s for the repairs after our car was in a mid-December accident because of their excellent reputation for workmanship, customer service, and their hard earned certified status with Erie Insurance (a premier auto insurance company). Our experience not only met our high expectations, it exceeded them.
The estimate and approval process was effortless and speedy. The communication regarding repair and completion status was excellent – we never contacted Saxby’s for updates because they were first contacting us. Upon completion we weren’t the least bit surprised with the results of the repairs that made our almost new car look new again, but were surprised when we drove away to find the interior, which required no repairs, to look like it had been detailed. The car looked beautiful outside AND inside. Based on our experience if you need collision work don’t think twice – just contact Nick or Paul at Saxby Collision!

Highly recommend Saxby's. Professional from start to finish. Customer service and communication are excellent as is the work performed. Saxby's took care of all the insurance forms. My Tacoma was hit in a parking lot and really creased the rear quarter panel. My truck was only there a week and looks fantastic. I definitely recommend Saxby's.

This is the second time I have used Saxby’s by recommendation. A local “go to” provided a really expensive quote so I went to Saxby’s for their review of the problem - they gave me possible range in cost but needed to diagnose before providing the quote - it came in on the lower side of the range and I estimated they saved me significant dollars . It is a little bit of a drive for me coming from Webster but well worth it for the trust and quality of service!
It’s been a couple months since the work was done - running like a charm.

I recently had some collision work done on my Honda CRV. The minute I stepped into the office, Paul was amazing and helped me on how to start the process. He also called, yes, I said called (no texting) which was a pleasant surprise, and updated me on what was needed. Their team behind the scenes did an amazing job, quickly and efficiently. And the icing on the cake was my car was washed and cleaned inside and out. It looked brand new! Now they just need that new car spray! I can’t thank you enough Paul, Allie, Nick and Saxby team for making a stressful situation a worry-free one. I highly recommend Saxby’s for collision work and definitely calling them for mechanical work as well.

I bought my car just a few months ago used and any issue i had they fixed it easily! a few weeks after the fact i got into a deer accident and they fixed it up in a week for a good price. I would 100% recommend going to them.
