Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My brand new car was covered all over in hail damage from a recent storm. I’m very particular about how my cars look but Nick and the team did an incredible job making it look like it just rolled off the lot again. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. They were able to work with insurance directly so I had the easy job of just dropping it off and picking it up when it was ready. Communication during the whole process was great so I knew where they were at the whole time it was being worked on. I’m so happy with how everything went and will be making sure my family and friends use Saxby’s going forward.

We have used Saxby's for all sorts of repairs spanning from major body damage to oil changes and inspections. They have always been very friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Of the half dozen significant collision repairs I have had made over the last 20 years. Saxbys was by far the easiest organization to deal with and the most technically competent. The wait time was 3 days compared with an average of 2 weeks, and the quality of work made the car look new. FYI They are proficient at professional restorations of antique automobiles as well, which most collision company's near Rochester cannot perform.
