“Very thorough and professional. Make sure your car is 100% before you bring it to them. They send a thorough pre-dyno sheet as well as inspect your car before getting on their dyno to prevent wasting your time and theirs. My car presented a couple issues the day of which is frustrating but par for the course for a Subaru. It was a long day for myself and them but at the end of the day I had a super solid and safe tune. I've had issues with my previous tune and this car for a long while now and I can finally trust it again. Sounds great, runs great, pulls hard.
My advice is be prepared for a bit of increase in cost if your car isn't 100%, it's not unreasonable, if they need to fix it they expect compensation. And be prepared for a long day if you aren't dropping the car and going home. It's a pretty remote area but it is a tourist area, so preplan things to do if you're staying with the car.”

“Awesome honest people, did a great job. My wife and I were on vacation in Lake Placid back in July and the front brakes went on the car. We called may places and everyone was two to three weeks out. Twin D took the care right away, gave us an estimate and the car was done the next morning. Upon pickup I was told to bring the car back the next morning just to have the lug nuts tightened before we go on the highway to head home. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Highly Recommend if you need any work done and are in the area of Lake Placid/Saranac Lake!!!”
