Horrible experience, untidy store, employees are very rude, and store is not 24hrs. I would rather drive 10 minutes down the road and go to the 7 eleven on main st Patchogue, a million times better...

Just paid $8 and change for two 1 liters of Fiji water which generally go for about $2.50… I can’t see myself ever coming back.

If you're searching for a 24-hour 7-Eleven, this location is not the one to visit. Unfortunately, I drove here expecting to grab a refreshing drink, particularly a cup of coffee, to revitalize myself. To my dismay, when I arrived, I was greeted by a surprising sight—blocks placed at the entrance, essentially shutting the store down. I couldn't believe it!
Upon further investigation, I noticed the reviews online, which highlighted similar frustrations. Management could benefit from consulting someone specializing in customer service communication. This store could enhance its offerings with better management and a more dedicated staff willing to work late hours.
This area has a decent amount of foot traffic, so I don't understand why there's a lack of attention to keeping the store open during late-night hours. I really hope that the team at this 7-Eleven can turn things around; otherwise, it may fall victim to poor business practices.
In summary, I wish all the best to this 7-Eleven location. They have the potential to thrive if they can address these issues effectively before it's too late.

I had a terrible experience at this 7-Eleven. The place was an absolute dump. everything was a mess. The floors were dirty, and the shelves were disorganized with products scattered all over. The manager smelled bad, and the staff seemed uninterested in maintaining the store. The place is a dump. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The manager/owner of this store needs to explain why it is the only 711 on earth that actually closes. Every other 711 I’ve ever been to for my entire life has always been 24/7. You are losing so much mone and so much business because of this. Hire more people if you need to stop being stingy and greedy. It’s not that difficult to find someone to work overnight he’ll I will do it if you are hiring but obviously you aren’t. Do something about it. And middle aged the cashier who never talks with the slick black hair needs to drop his attitude it’s not my fault he’s in his 40s-50s and still works at 711. He asked for my ID once when he knows I come in all the time and after I went all the way home and got my ID I went back in and he didn’t even look at my ID or scan it I could have given him a costco card and it would have passed he just wanted to give me a hard time. Fire him. I’ve been coming to this store way before he started working here. I’ve made complaints and nothing is ever done about it

This store isome of the only 711 s ive evwr seen that close period, but to make matters worse they open late and close early! Like this place is NEVER open at no 5am. And to top it off closes at midnight butthats not the only bad part! It’ll close early bc the night guy disappears sometimes an hour bafore theyre supposed to!
