“Today I went to PC richards in patchogue to look at mattresses. With no intention of buying. Met a wonderful salesperson named Bryson who took his time explaining the different types of mattresses, firmness levels, cooling, pillow top and more. He was so helpful. Long story short, i bought a beautiful Stearns and Foster mattress with an adjustable frame and I couldn't be happier.

“I brought my son’s car in for an issue with the steering wheel controls, after he bought a new radio elsewhere. Avenue Sound had installed speakers and bass some time ago, and they repaired and reset the stereo and steering wheel and did not charge me. I would definitely recommend them above other Car stereo installations places, and will definitely be back for more work in the future.”

“I had a phone emergency. My phone flew off my car while I was driving….. Screen was smashed…… went through the insurance. They shipped me out a new phone, so I went to this store Bohemia location so they could help me transfer everything over to my new phone!!! I meet the sweetest most helpful employee!!! Her name is Elissa, she was so kind, patience and helpful. She helped me fully set up my entire phone, even reconnected my Apple Watch.. told me what to do in the next steps with the broken phone and while she was helping me, she also helped this woman who had a virus in her phone. “I came into this store with my daughter in order to receive help from the cell phone department because my 85 year old mom’s phone broke and she was very upset about changing phones. I can’t say enough good things about Martin and Jeffrey in this department. From the second we approached them they were eager to help resolve the issue. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the resolution and they followed through with helping set up the phone for her. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would hire both of these gentleman immediately if I had a cell business. You are lucky to have them. I hope that you let Martin and Jeffrey know how valuable they are to your store.”
“Wow what a day. Brought my phone to a TMobile authorized dealer by my house.Did not know it was different from a Corporate location.Was sold a phone i didn't need and taken out my a existing plan. I returned the phone but my account was a mess.On the way home from my daughters I noticed the Lake Grove location on Nesconset Highway. I took a chance.What a lucky break.I was complaining to an associate.The manager,Jay Kunkel overhead and stepped in.I am 75 and never in my life,have I had better customer service.He called corporate and patiently explained the situation.EVERYTHING was fixed and restored.Big difference between a authorized dealer and the Corporate in Lake Grove.If you live in mid Suffolk County,go to Jay.HE IS A SUPERSTAR!”

“When I’m riding my bike, I sometimes stop by to get a slurpee. Great flavors, everything is always in stock, and the people at the registers are always nice and are free to have a conversation. I am especially grateful to the workers when I am short money and they cover it. Thank you so much for a great experience and much more. I also do not know why people talk about a “red wig” haired lady. Out of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve never seen a red wigged lady. Only nice people working there and one lady always having conversations with me.”
“I had to target in Sayville in a hurry I had to get back to work and under 30 minutes with over 50 items for a work lunch , A lovely lady had helped me today double bagged everything showed me how to use my target wallet and helped me price Check my item several other customers are being very rude to this worker, as she was asking them how their day was and slightly asking if they needed bags, I could never do this to such a white person.
