Like others, I ordered $35.00 worth of products on line after failing to locate the store in Blue Point,and calling the posted Tel Number numerous times to no avail. I ordered back on June 28 and waited and waited and nothing arrived. On July 26th I received notice that it has been shipped. Still nothing. On August 2 I received an" invitation to review Products you've recently purchased." On August 10 sent an email stating my concern about not receiving the product and unable to reach anyone. I finally received a response on August 10 stating it was shipped to the wrong address with apology stating "will resend product along with a full refund". Again I emailed on sept 7 stating " never received product nor refund". Today is Sept 30 and still has'nt been resolved...

Awful experience. Placed an order a month ago and never recieved my item. Not even a refund. There is no communication, no working contact numbers, I even reached out on her social media and no response. Do not order from her, you will never recieve your order. I would give 0 stars if I could. Took my money and that's it.

I'm looking to buy some of the Sour Cherry Preserves. I tried calling and got no response. Will you be selling them at the Setauket or Port Jeff Farmer's Markets this summer? Why do you not have a working phone number or email? Is this business for real or a scam? I've bought them in the past and they were great. Perhaps they're not selling anymore.

I am sorry to say that I ordered from miss Amy online for some jams in the beginning of October and I have not received my order. I called the phone number it was disconnected, I messaged them on their Facebook page and got no response. I also went on the website and had no luck with that either. I am going to recommend that you don't order from the website in the future. Whoever is running this website is not professional. I had to call the bank to request my money back. They have really good products but their customer service is horrible.

I bought 2 jars at a farmers market in Westhampton ....The Raspberry was so good, my guest started eating out of the jar with a spoon....I always thought Eli Zabar had the best raspberry jam but Amy's is better. Many of the jams I eat, I import from Austria so I'm not a slouch....I love small business keep it in the refrigerator because it isn't full of preservative !!!

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Miss Amy's jams are simply delicious. She uses only the freshest ingredients. I order a case at a time so that we are never without. My two favorite flavors Red Raspberry and Strawberry, but all are great. I also order gifts as this makes a special gift for birthdays and Christmas. Her honey and mustard are awesome too!
